EURO HOLDINGS Ban Hee Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. entered into an agreement to acquire Industrial Land with 2 Storey Detached Factory Annexed with 3 Storey Office Building from Euro Holdings Berhad (KLSE:EURO) for MYR 13.8 million on November 10, 2022.
The consideration will be paid in cash. The transaction is subject to approval from shareholders of Euro holdings at the EGM. The Transaction is expected to close by first quarter of 2023.
As of January 19, 2023, TA Securities on the behalf of board Euro Holdings issued a letter to grant the extension of time till February 9, 2023, to the company to submit the draft circular to bursa securities. TA Securities acted as financial advisor to Euro Holdings Berhad (KLSE:EURO).
