Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC Announces Resignation of Andrew Rashbass as Chief Executive Officer

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC announced that Andrew Rashbass will step down as Chief Executive Officer on completion of the acquisition of Euromoney by Becketts Bidco Limited at the point when the Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, as set out in the scheme document dated 12 August 2022, becomes effective.
