On November 13, 2018, Robert G. Miller, Jr. will retire from his position as Secretary of Evans Bancorp, Inc., but will continue to serve as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Also on November 13, 2018, the company announced that effective January 1, 2019, Nicholas J. Snyder, who has served as the company’s principal accounting officer since November 2015, would no longer be serving as the company’s principal accounting officer. John B. Connerton, Treasurer of the company will assume the duties of principal accounting officer.

The Company conducts its business through its two direct, wholly owned subsidiaries: Evans Bank, National Association (the Bank), and the Bankâs subsidiaries, Evans National Leasing, Inc. (ENL), and Evans National Holding Corp. (ENHC); and Evans National Financial Services, LLC (ENFS). The Company operates through banking activities segment. The banking activities segment includes both commercial and consumer banking services, including a range of lending and depository services, as well as offering non-deposit investment products, such as annuities and mutual funds. The Bank operates through approximately eight branches providing financial services to consumer, business and municipal customers throughout Western New York.
