Evans Bancorp, Inc. declared cash dividend of $0.62 per share on its outstanding common stock. This semi-annual dividend represents a $0.02 increase from the previous semi-annual dividend paid in October 2021. The dividend is payable on April 5, 2022 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2022.

The Company conducts its business through its two direct, wholly owned subsidiaries: Evans Bank, National Association (the Bank), and the Bankâs subsidiaries, Evans National Leasing, Inc. (ENL), and Evans National Holding Corp. (ENHC); and Evans National Financial Services, LLC (ENFS). The Company operates through banking activities segment. The banking activities segment includes both commercial and consumer banking services, including a range of lending and depository services, as well as offering non-deposit investment products, such as annuities and mutual funds. The Bank operates through approximately eight branches providing financial services to consumer, business and municipal customers throughout Western New York.
