Evergreen-Agra Global Investments, Inc. Accepts Resignation of Todd Hazlewood as Chief Financial Officer

Evergreen-Agra Global Investments, Inc., formerly Evergreen-Agra, Inc., is a closed ended investment company. The Company's primary investment objective is to purchase positions in public companies both domestic and international sector specific to the pharmaceutical cannabis industry as a whole including logistics with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in the medical cannabis sector as a whole of Unites States and non-United States issuers and implementing hedging strategies in order to seek to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns. The Company under normal market conditions it will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in public positions and fixed-income instruments or other instruments, including derivative instruments, with similar economic characteristics. The Company seeks to invest primarily in the cannabis sector logistics.
