The Company seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in the medical cannabis sector as a whole of Unites States and non-United States issuers and implementing hedging strategies in order to seek to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns. The Company under normal market conditions it will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in public positions and fixed-income instruments or other instruments, including derivative instruments, with similar economic characteristics. The Company seeks to invest primarily in the cannabis sector logistics.
