The Company's activities are divided into three segments: EVRY Financial Services, which offers solutions for banking sector, transactions systems, payment solutions and card services; EVRY Sweden, which provides a range of consulting services, as well as industry vertical and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, among others, within the Swedish market; EVRY Norway, which is responsible for the consulting, infrastructure and operating services in Norway, as well as for Global Sourcing activities in Ukraine, Latvia and India and SAP-related consulting activities in Denmark. It offers solutions to a range of areas, including public sector, healthcare and oil and gas industry. The Company is majority owned by funds advised by Apax Partners.
