Deputy Chairman, Mr. Salim Nathoo, has been appointed new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Salim Nathoo is a Partner in the Tech & Telco team of Apax Partners.

-- The Board of Directors wishes to extend our thanks to Jo Lunder for his leadership as Chairman, and for guiding EVRY through a period of profound change, says Mr Salim Nathoo. We remain in his debt, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

-- EVRY is a great company that has started its transformation journey in a very successful way, and I am confident it can only become even greater. I wish to thank the company and its shareholders for putting their trust in me as Chairman through the first phase of building a new EVRY. However, I now need to focus my time on my personal situation and have therefore decided to resign from the Board, says Jo Lunder.
