Oslo, 11 May 2023: The Board of Sikri Group ASA today appointed Per Haakon
Lomsdalen as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Nicolay
Moulin will continue to serve as the CEO until Lomsdalen takes over in August
2023, or according to further agreement.

Per Haakon Lomsdalen joins Sikri Group from the position as Country General
Manager of Salesforce in Norway and Iceland and has previously held the position
as COO of SAP in the Nordics and Country General Manager of SAP in Norway. He
also has many years of experience in various leadership positions at IBM.
Lomsdalen holds a Master of Science in marketing degree from BI Norwegian
Business School.

"Since the start, Sikri Group has developed rapidly and is today a large
software house with a solid footprint in Norway and Sweden. The strategy remains
unchanged, which implies high ambitions for further growth - both organically
and through acquisitions. The Board is confident that Per Haakon Lomsdalen, with
his long experience and proven track record from large, international software
companies, is the right person to take Sikri Group to the next level," said
Board chair Rolv Erik Ryssdal in Sikri Group.

Nicolay Moulin steps down on the back of a mutual agreement between the Board
and Moulin. The Board is grateful for Moulin's great efforts over the last three
and a half years in developing Sikri Group into the company it is today.

"Nicolay has led the company from being a division of EVRY, through a public
listing and several major acquisitions to become a leading Nordic software
company. Nicolay's efforts have been crucial to the journey that Sikri Group has
been through and that we are well-equipped for the time to come. At the same
time, Sikri Group is a young company that has grown very fast, and now it is
natural to have a top executive with a somewhat different type of experience and
profile," said Rolv Erik Ryssdal.

"It has been a privilege to lead the Sikri Group through almost four years, a
period where we at high pace have spun off the company from EVRY, completed a
public listing and two major acquisitions, raised new equity on several
occasions, and made a range of strategic moves to optimize the group's
structure. Today, Sikri Group is a company with a solid foothold in the data
economy, with enormous opportunities for growth and value creation through
continuing to develop good digital processes and effective links between the
public and private sectors. We have achieved a lot, and for me, it feels natural
to pass on the baton. I have great faith in Sikri Group's strategy and ability
to execute, and I will follow developments with enthusiasm also from the
sidelines," says Nicolay Moulin.

"Sikri Group has over a short period built a unique position in attractive
niches in Norway and Sweden, and I am eager to learn more about the company and
get to know my new colleagues. Sikri Group plays an important role in society,
and I look forward to contributing to value creation for customers, employees,
shareholders, and society in general," says Per Haakon Lomsdalen.
