F.G. Europe S.A. announced group and company earnings results for the first quarter of 2013. For the quarter, on group basis, turnover was EUR 20.990 million compared to EUR 18.813 million a year ago. Operating profit was EUR 3.117 million compared to EUR 2.587 million a year ago. EBITDA was EUR 3.821 million compared to EUR 4.520 million a year ago, decreased by 15.46%, mainly to the relatively low contribution of group's companies activating in the energy sector, because of both the implementation of special levy of 10% and the mild wind conditions. EBITDA margin accounted for 18.20% against 24.03% for the corresponding period of 2012. EBT was EUR 1.857 million compared to EUR 2.463 million a year ago. Net profit was EUR 1.532 million compared to EUR 1.937 million a year ago. Net profit distributed as parent company shareholders was EUR 1.169 million compared to EUR 1.281 million a year ago. EPS was EUR 0.0221 compared to EUR 0.0243 a year ago.

For the quarter, on company basis, turnover was EUR 17.624 million compared to EUR 15.097 million a year ago. Operating profit was EUR 1.971 million compared to EUR 0.533 million a year ago. EBITDA was EUR 1.780 million compared to EUR 1.547 million a year ago. EBT was EUR 1.232 million compared to EUR 1.082 million a year ago. Net profit was EUR 0.885 million compared to EUR 0.841 million a year ago. EPS was EUR 0.0168 compared to EUR 0.0159 a year ago.
