Its principal interest is located in two underexplored basins in Australia and South Africa, with further interest in Hungary, covering over 12.3 million gross acres. Its Beetaloo Sub-basin project is located in the Northern Territory, over 600 kilometers south of Darwin. The Company holds a Technical Cooperation Permit, covering an area of over 30,327 square kilometers in the southwest Karoo Basin, South Africa. The Karoo Basin contains thick, organic rich shales, such as the permain whitehill formation representing the focus of shale gas permit applications. Its Mako Production License (Mako Trough) is a sedimentary basin located in south-eastern Hungary in the mature Pannonian basin. Mako Trough includes two plays: Mako Shallow Play and Mako Deep Play.
