FalconStor Software, Inc. revised earnings guidance for the year 2021. Given less than anticipated year-to-date total revenue, the company is revising the 2021 guidance that previously provided. For the year, the company now expects total revenue in the range of $14.1 to $15.1 million and net income in the range of $0.6 million to $1.7 million.
