Notice of Delay in publishing the FY2023 audited financial statements of FCMB Group Plc.
FCMB Group Plc (FCMB or the Company) would like to inform NGX Regulation Limited (NGX RegCo), our esteemed stakeholders, and the investor community at large of a delay in the release of our Full Year 2023 Audited Financial Statements.
We are working earnestly to ensure that the Audited Financial Statements are submitted to the NGX RegCo as soon as we receive approval from our primary Regulator, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN); this is likely to occur shortly after the regulatory due date of 30 March 2024. We will notify the Exchange as soon as we obtain the approval.
