F.E. Bording A/S (CPSE:BORD B) completed the acquisition of 60% stake in CRM bureauet Cognito AS.

F E Bording A/S is a Denmark-based holding company engaged in the supply of graphics communication products to the Scandinavian market. The Company offers a range of graphic products, including sheet printing, receipt rolls, stationery, digital printing, flyers, catalogs, envelopes, business cards and annual reports, among others. It also offers communication and information technology (IT) solutions, such as digital forms, design and layout, campaign management, customer analysis, printing and enveloping, among others. Additionally, it owns and rents commercial properties. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had seven wholly owned subsidiaries, as well as held majority stakes in six companies. In July 2014, the Company announced that the Bording group acquired 55% of RelationshusetGekko ApS.
