Fundusz Inwestycji Polskich Przedsiebiorstw FIZAN managed by PFR Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. made a tender offer to acquire an additional 16.28% stake in Ferrum S.A. (WSE:FER) for PLN 41.2 million on October 4, 2018. As reported, Fundusz Inwestycji Polskich Przedsiebiorstw FIZAN offered a price of PLN 4.39 per share for 9.4 million shares of Ferrum S.A. Fundusz Inwestycji Polskich Przedsiebiorstw FIZAN directly holds 15.79% stake in Ferrum while its unit Watchet SP. Z O.O. owns 33.94% stake in Ferrum S.A.. Following the tender offer, Fundusz Inwestycji Polskich Przedsiebiorstw FIZAN intends to reach, directly and indirectly, not more than 66% stake in Ferrum. Subscription for tender offer is to last between October 23, 2018 and November 6, 2018. Fundusz Inwestycji Polskich Przedsiebiorstw FIZAN managed by PFR Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. cancelled a tender offer to acquire an additional 16.28% stake in Ferrum S.A. (WSE:FER) on November 13, 2018. No shares been offered for sale under tender offer by FIZAN.

Ferrum SA is a Poland-based company specializing in the manufacture of steel pipes for the construction of gas, water and oil pipelines. The Company's offer includes high frequency induction welded steel pipes, spirally welded pipes (bare and coated), longitudinally welded pipes (bare and coated), extruded three-layer coating on steel pipes and internal protective cement lining for steel pipes and fittings, cold formed welded structural hollow sections of non-alloy and fine grain steels. It distributes its products in Poland and also exports to Germany, Hungary, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and Serbia, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Ferrum SA had two wholly owned subsidiaries, Zaklad Konstrukcji Spawnych Ferrum SA and Ferrum Marketing Sp. z o.o.
