Fersped Announces Consolidated Earnings Results for the First Quarter of 2020

Fersped AD Skopje is a Macedonia-based company active in the transportation sector. Through its six logistic and four transportation units, the Company is engaged in the provision of freight forwarding services, such as logistics, railway transport, road transport, sea containers transport and air transportation. In addition, Fersped AD Skopje provides customs brokerage services and operates public and bonded warehouses, including truck terminal, carwash service and storage service warehouses, as well as a second-hand car market. It also operates three hotels, savings bank, brokerage house, lottery and produces wine. The Company has a network of branch offices in Serbia, Kosovo, Greece and Montenegro. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated five subsidiaries, Skovin ad Skopje, Lotarija na Makedonija ad Skopje, Hoteli-Metropol AD Ohrid, Fersped Broker AD Skpije and Alfa Skop DOO Skopje.
