Fibra Danhos announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company announced total revenue was MXN 1,540.460 million compared to MXN 1,451.480 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 1,662.592 million compared to MXN 876.068 million a year ago. For the full year, total revenue was MXN 5,794.455 million compared to MXN 5,152.971 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 4,104.766 million compared to MXN 3,891.797 million a year ago.
Concentradora Fibra Danhos SA de CV is a Mexico-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company's main activity consists of the development, leasing, operation and management of shopping centers, offices, and mixed-use properties in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City. The Company operates primarily in the development of mixed used properties and office campuses. Additionally, the Company adopts technological solutions in their design and operation, including safety systems, optical fibers, Park Help, Federal APD, Traffic Pro, SAP operational monitoring software and services, among others. The Company is divided in four divisions: Commercial, Offices, Mixed Use and Residential Division. In May 2014, the Company acquired two properties located on Anillo Periferico, in southeast of Mexico City in vicinity of Iztapalapa, on border of Xochimilco.
