Firemans Contractors, Inc. (OTCPK:FRCN) announced a private placement of first convertible promissory note for gross proceeds of $40,000 with new investor, Asher Enterprises, Inc. on May 16, 2012. The note will be convertible into common shares of the company. On the same date, the investor paid the principal amount of the first note.
On June 27, 2012, the company received of $32,500 by issuing second convertible promissory note.
On September 10, 2012, the company received of $42,500 by issuing third convertible promissory note.
On February 20, 2013, Firemans Contractors, Inc. closed the transaction. The company received of $16,500 by issuing fourth convertible promissory note. The total proceeds raised from the transaction were $131,500.
