First Hartford Corporation has three primary lines of business: client development, commercial development and multifamily housing. The real estate owned and managed by the Company through various subsidiaries is located in Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Texas. The Company is engaged in two business segments: Real Estate Operations and Fee for Service.
