RESIGNATION OF AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (MR LUKE DUNCAN WOODFORD)
In line with the Botswana Stock Exchange Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Botswana Limited (FNBB Board), wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr Luke Duncan Woodford as an Executive Director from the FNBB Board effective 17 August 2023.
Mr Woodford was appointed to the FNBB Board in April 2022 in his capacity as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Luke's CFO term has come to an end, and he has since assumed the role of FNBB Director of Credit.
The FNBB Board wishes to thank Mr Woodford for his invaluable contribution on the Board.
