Forsee Power: CDC exceeds 15% of voting rights
The public financial institution thus indirectly holds 13.81% of the capital and 15.67% of the voting rights of the battery supplier for electric vehicles, following this threshold crossing which results from an allocation of double voting rights.
For the next six months, CDC declares that it has no plans to acquire Forsee Power shares, nor to take control of this company or request the appointment of members to its Board of Directors.
