Four Springs Capital Trust Appoints Peter S. Reinhart to its Board of Trustees

Four Springs Capital Trust announced that it has appointed Peter S. Reinhart to its Board of Trustees. Mr. Reinhart, the current Director and Specialist Professor of the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University, previously served for thirty-three years in senior management roles at Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. While at Hovnanian Mr. Reinhart served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for 28 years and served on its Board of Directors for 18 years.

Four Springs Capital Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust is focused on acquiring, owning and actively managing a diversified portfolio of single-tenant, income producing commercial properties throughout the United States that are subject to long-term net leases. The Trust manages a portfolio of single-tenant, income producing industrial, medical, service/necessity retail and office properties throughout the United States. The Trust seeks to acquire single-tenant net lease properties with a focus on real estate attributes that can provide superior long-term prospects for rental rate increases, occupancy and re-leasing performance. It operates through two segments: The Real Estate Segment and the Investment Management Segment. The Real Estate Segment activities consist of acquiring real estate properties for long-term holding periods. The Trust has ownership interests in approximately 156 properties located in 32 states, operating in 37 different industries.
