(Alliance News) - Franchi Umberto Marmi Spa reported Thursday that it closed 2023 with a profit of EUR13.0 million from EUR17.2 million in 2022.

The BoD proposed a dividend of EUR0.16 per share from EUR0.29 a year earlier.

Revenues amounted to EUR74.7 million, down 2.2 percent from EUR76.3 million, with a significant reduction in Asia compared to 2022, "which had, however, benefited from an extraordinary project characterized by exceptional volumes," the company wrote in a note.

Adjusted Ebitda fell to EUR25.4 million from EUR30.6 million a year earlier. This decrease is mainly attributable to the lower business volume achieved in the period and the slight deterioration in the mix of products sold, which led to a decline in margins, also linked to the lower percentage margins generated by subsidiaries.

Ebitda was EUR23.9 million from EUR30.5 million in 2022.

Ebit as of December 31, 2023 was EUR16.8 million from EUR24.7 million in the previous year, down 32 percent.

Net financial debt was EUR29.4 million, down from EUR13.5 million as of Dec. 31, 2022.

FUM's stock closed Thursday in the green by 0.7 percent at EUR5.62 per share.
