TThe following 10 directors were appointed in accordance with the Company's original proposal:

• Yukari Tominaga
• Yukihiro Tachifuji
• Tomonari Yashiro
• Michio Abe
• Junichi Arai
• Toru Hosen
• Hiroshi Tetsutani
Further, Toshihito Tanba, Yukari Tominaga, Yukihiro Tachifuji and Tomonari Yashiro are all outside directors in accordance with article 2-15 of the Companies Act of Japan.
