It also provides technical training services related to the application and use of welding materials. In addition, the Company is involved in the operation of activities in the real estate sector. The Company’s products portfolio includes filler materials, welding and cutting automation equipment, bimetal sheets, plasma technology products and automatic cutting systems, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder with 44.42% of its interest.
