FutureLand Corp. signed a binding memorandum of understanding to acquire 50% of 78 acres of land in Southern Oregon from Hspendleton, LLC for $0.13 million.

FutureLand Corp. (OTCPK:FUTL) signed a binding memorandum of understanding to acquire 50% of 78 acres of land in Southern Oregon from Hspendleton, LLC for $0.13 million on June 2, 2016. FutureLand Corp. (OTCPK:FUTL) entered into contract to acquire 50% of 78 acres of land in Southern Oregon from Hspendleton, LLC on June 20, 2016. FutureLand Corp. will also make additional investment capital to the land along with the consideration. The agreement to purchase 50% of property also gives FutureLand Corp. the first right of refusal on 265 acres owned by Groovey Groves in Wolf Creek.
