The Board of Directors of FutureWorld Corp. agreed to spin off remaining stake in FutureWorld Corp. (OTCPK:FWDG) to its shareholders on December 29, 2015.
FutureWorld will issue the remaining equity in FutureLand Corp (FUTL) as dividend to all its shareholders on the record date. The record date and dividend date will be set with the approval of FINRA. The Company will file with FINRA for approval of the dividend.
