G.E. Dimitriou Commercial Company S.A. Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt

GE Dimitriou SA, formerly Vell Group SA, is a Greece-based company active in the import, trade and wholesale distribution of electrical and household products. The Company is the official dealer in Greece for the DeLonghi, White-Westinghouse and Sitram brands. Its product categories comprise electrical appliances, which include vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, extractors, toasters and hair dryers; heating appliances, such as fan heaters, floor and wall mounted convectors and gas heaters; white appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dish washers and cookers; air conditioning, including portable and split air conditioners, and skillets, which include pressure cookers, frying pans and pots. Its subsidiaries include Vasiliou Vellani Bros, GED Toyotomi Italia SRL, Siba Technical, Delta Hotelia and Application Service Provides. On October 1, 2013, it announced the sale of all shares of its 79.5% subsidiary, hotels and tourism business Capo Di Corfu SA.
