GainClients Inc. announced Guild Mortgage Company's intent to implement GainClients' marketing service SikkU (seek-you) as the integration tool Guild and its real estate related partners will use to promote its new Homeowner Initiative Program for first responders. The new Homeowner Initiative Program provides real estate and mortgage services specifically for Americans who work in military, fire, police and educational occupations. Guild's force of nearly 1,000 loan officers will use the SikkU technology as the main conduit in its roll-out of the Homeowner Initiative Program, which will begin in June 2014.

Guild further expected that outside of the Homeowner Initiative Program, SikkU will also offer a unique opportunity in the new purchase market space that will allow Guild to continue to create connections with consumers and other professionals via web and mobile technology.
