Gas2Grid Limited is an Australia-based oil and gas exploration company. The principal activities of the Company consisted of pursuing new venture opportunities in Australia and the Philippines, the financial claim against the French Government for the non-renewal of its license in France, remedies on the cancellation of SC 44 by the Philippines Government and application for a new service contract in Philippines. The Company holds a 100% interest in SC 44, located onshore Cebu in the Philippines. Its Malolos-1 is located onshore central Cebu and approximately 50 kilometers west-southwest of Cebu City to a total depth of 2,748 meters targeting Tertiary age marine sandstone reservoirs. The Companyâs subsidiaries include Gas2Grid Pte Limited, Wellfin Pty Limited and GGX Eromanga Pty Ltd.
