GC Rieber Shipping ASA announced that Silje Tonning Søgnen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of GC Rieber Shipping with effect from 1 March 2023. Søgnen has been with GC Rieber Shipping since 2021 as Group Financial Controller. Before joining GC Rieber Shipping, she has relevant experience from various companies within the shipping industry.

Søgnen holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from HVL in Bergen, Norway, and she is currently taking an Executive Master of Management at Handelshøyskolen BI, Norway.
