The changes in the law mean that only those who are registered as a shareholder in VPS five working days before the general meeting have the right to participate and vote at the general meeting. Shares acquired after the registration date do not give attendance and voting rights at this general meeting. At the general meeting on29 August 2023 , the registration date and cut -off time is22 August 2023 . Nominee-registered shareholders that wish to participate in the general meeting are to notify the company of these two (2) businesses days prior to the meeting.
