Ningbo Jinchang Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 5.147% in Gem-Year Logistics Co., Ltd. from Gem-Year Industrial Co., Ltd. (SHSE:601002) for CNY 42.7 million on November 6, 2020. The consideration shall be paid by bank transfer within 15 days from the agreement takes effect. The transaction was reviewed and approved unanimously by the Board of Directors of Gem-Year Industrial Co., Ltd. on November 6, 2020, and there is no need to submit it to the shareholders meeting for deliberation.
