Announcement on Completion of Private Fund Filing for the

Subscribed Private Fund

On October 25, 2021, Nanjing Vision Real Estate Development Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Vision"), a subsidiary of the Company, signed " the Partnership Agreement of Shanghai Lichen Yuanding Private Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) " (hereinafter referred to as "Partnership Agreement"), pursuant to which Nanjing Vision, as a limited partner, contributed RMB20 million to subscribe for the shares of Shanghai Lichen Yuanding Private Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Fund"). For details, please refer to the Announcement on Subscription of Private Fund Tranches (announcement No.: 2021-059) published by the Company on October 26, 2021 through the designated media, such as China Securities Journal, Shanghai Securities News, Securities Times and the website of Shanghai Stock Exchange (www.sse.com.cn).

Recently, the Company received the notice from the Executive Partner, Shanghai Liyuan Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), stating that the Target Fund has completed the filing with the Asset Management Association of China according to the Securities Investment Funds Law and the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Investment Funds and other relevant laws and regulations, and obtained the Private Investment Fund Filing Certificate.
