In accordance with local epidemic prevention policies, Gemtek Electronics
(Kunshan) Co. , Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, has applied for resumption
of work as an epidemic-free enterprise with the authorities, and will resume
work immediately upon receipt of approval.
6.Countermeasures:
Gemtek Electronics (Kunshan) Co. , Ltd. shall make use of its existing
inventory and adjust working hours to catch up with its production capacity
once work is resumed. It is estimated that partial order shipments may be
postponed until May. However, this will not cause any significant impacts on
its operations for the current year.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:The Company's subsidiary,
Gemtek Electronics(Changshu)Co.,Ltd. is currently under normal operation.
