The debtors have failed to comply with a court order and debtors have failed to timely provide information and attend meetings reasonably requested by the United States Trustees, and also debtors are accruing administrative expenses they cannot pay and therefore are experiencing substantial losses to and diminution to their estates. Both the US Trustee and debtor had filed a motion for case conversion.
