Geologica Resource Corp. has completed an IPO in the amount of CAD 0.683 million.

Geologica Resource Corp. is a Canada-based mineral explorer, focused on copper exploration. The Company is a mineral exploration and resource development company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties, and either joint venturing or developing these properties. The Company has an option agreement and purchase agreements for 100% of the mineral claims known as the Topley Project, located in central British Columbia. The Company continues to evaluate additional properties to explore. The Topley property is located in the Babine Porphyry Belt of central British Columbia. The Company has a land position of 4,216 hectares at the Topley property.
