Work Service : Current report 58_2016 - Removal of the registered pledge on Issuer’s shares

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company") informs about the reception on 21 November 2016 of the information about the removal from the registry of pledges, by the competent court, of the registered pledge for BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (as pledgee - creditor) on 8,418 shares of the par value of PLN 50.00 each, in the material subsidiary of the Issuer - IT Kontrakt Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, representing 84.18 % of the share capital of this Company ("Shares").

The Shares owned by the Issuer served as security for the obligation of the value of PLN 128,000,000 due to the payment of monetary numbers arising from the loan provided to the Issuer under the credit line agreement, concluded with the banking consortium with the participation of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., about which the Issuer informed in the current report no 43/2015. The Issuer informed about the establishment of the above mentioned pledge in the current report no 2/2016.

The registered pledge has been removed under the relevant authorisation granted by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.
