The US Bankruptcy Court approved the combined hearing to consider approval of disclosure statement and prepackaged plan of Global Brokerage, Inc. on December 14, 2017. The debtor had filed its disclosure statement and prepackaged plan in the Court on December 11, 2017. Any objections to the plan should be made before January 10, 2018 and the confirmation hearing for the plan and disclosure statement has been scheduled for January 17, 2018.
