Global Food and Ingredients Ltd. is a Canadian plant-based food and ingredients company. The Company connects the local farm to the global supply chain for peas, beans, lentils, chickpeas and other high-protein specialty crops. It has four primary business lines: Plant-Based Core Ingredients, Value-Added Ingredients, Plant-Based Pet Food Ingredients and Downstream Products. Plant-Based Core Ingredients products include peas, lentils, chickpeas, edible beans, specialty crops, split peas and pet food ingredients. Its premium plant-based ingredients are offered through its North Lily and North Lily Organic brands, through private label or bulk as needed by its customers. Value-Added Ingredients includes split-peas, high protein pulse flours, pea protein concentrate, pea fiber and blended and ground pet food mixes. It buys directly from its network of farmers, processes its products locally at its four processing facilities in Western Canada and ships to 37 countries across the world.
