The Company owns and operates, or manages, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, in approximately 13 self-storage properties in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Oklahoma. The Companyâs properties totaled approximately 967336 net leasable square feet and offered 7,039 storage units.
