The board of directors of Global Token Limited announced that Mr. Guo Yong (Mr. Guo) has been appointed as an executive Director and chairman of the Board, with effect from 7 April 2020. Mr. Guo has over 30 years of experience in securities trading and assets management. Mr. Guo was the founder of Shanghai Lianshi Equity Investment Fund Management Company Limited.
