GMP Sociedad De Inversiones Inmobiliarias SA announced that it has received more than €200 million from new investor GIC Pte. Ltd. on September 29, 2014. The investor acquired 30% stake in the company through this transaction. J&A Garrigues, S.L.P. acted as a legal advisor and J.P. Morgan Espana S.A. acted as a financial advisor to GMP Sociedad De Inversiones Inmobiliarias SA. CB Richard Ellis acted as a financial advisor, Clifford Chance Wong Pte Ltd. acted as legal advisor, and Ernst & Young LLP provided financial due diligence to the investor. The company reported €1.231 billion as gross asset value for the year ended in 2013.
On September 29, 2014, GMP Sociedad De Inversiones Inmobiliarias SA closed the transaction.
