Godrej Properties Limited announced that the board of directors of the company has, based on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee of the board of directors, appointed Ms. Sutapa Banerjee as an additional director (non-executive, independent director) to hold office up to the date of upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company. Ms. Sutapa Banerjee has been appointed as independent director on the board of the company for a period of 5 years from November 5, 2019 up to November 4, 2024, subject To Approve the members of the company. Currently she severed as independent director on the boards of several companies in the JSW Group, Konecranes India, Women's World Banking Group, Axis Capital, Mannapuram Finance, Oxfam and Niyogin Fintech.
