On 30 April 2013 the Board of Directors of Goldbach Group AG will propose Jens Alders to the General Meeting for appointment as the new President of the Board. As planned, Bruno Widmer is to hand over the reins after presiding over the Board of Directors of Goldbach Group AG for six years. From 2006 to 2008 Jens Alder was CEO of TDC.
He currently sits on various boards of directors and is president of the boards of Sanitas Krankenversicherung and Industrielle Werke Basel (IWB).
