Golden Bria Holdings, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was PHP 512.397 million compared to PHP 1,995.187 million a year ago. Operating income was PHP 109.039 million compared to PHP 643.308 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 86.322 million compared to PHP 545.541 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.13 compared to PHP 0.83 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was PHP 2,327.891 million compared to PHP 3,791.893 million a year ago. Operating income was PHP 689.521 million compared to PHP 1,190.130 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 615.450 million compared to PHP 1,058.350 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.96 compared to PHP 1.64 a year ago.

For its park developments, the Company offers memorial lots at varying sizes and price points. The Company provides four basic lot packages: lawn lot, garden niche, family patio and family estate.
