An unknown buyer acquired Link Bit Consulting Co., Ltd. from Grand Perfecta, Inc. for $0.5 million.

Grand Perfecta, Inc. is engaged in the business of gathering, publishing and disseminating horse racing information and other content related to horse racing in Japan and the Japanese horse racing industry. The Company's operations are conducted in Japan through its subsidiary, LinkBit Consulting Co, Ltd. (LinkBit). As of July 31, 2016, LinkBit had nine Websites that it owns and operates through its various subsidiaries. The Company's primary business is the delivery through the Internet and by phone to users and other consumers in Japan and Hong Kong of information on horse racing and then convert those users to paying customers for enhanced services. As of July 31, 2016, it maintained 7 to 10 branded Websites, which each have concepts and which are operated to meet the respective preferences of horse racing fans, the Company's users and customers. Its subsidiaries include Ban Kisha Net Co., Ltd, Turf Agent Co., Ltd., Real Selector Co., Ltd. and Tau Project Co., among others.
