Talcott Realty Adopts Green Ballast Inc.'s Daylight Harvesting Fluorescent Light Ballasts

Green Ballast, Inc. produces energy saving ballast in the lighting industry. The Company offers Green Ballast Daylight Harvesting Ballast with programmed start dimming electronic fluorescent ballast and self-contained automatic lighting control. The Company offers various ballasts, such as 2-Lamp 32 Watt T8, 3-Lamp 32 Watt T8 and 4-Lamp 32 Watt T8. The Company's Green Ballast includes a photocell sensor that interacts with its daylight harvesting technology, allowing each Green Ballast equipped fixture to actively measure the amount of daylight in its coverage area; harvest this daylight and calculate how much fluorescent light is actually needed to provide adequate lighting, and adjust the power consumption of the lighting fixture accordingly. The Company's process works independently fixture by fixture, room by room. The Company's products are used in restaurants, offices, industrial properties and retail properties, among others.
