Lease of Properties segment is engaged in the leasing of commercial and residential properties to generate rental income and gain from the appreciation in the properties’ values in the long term. Hotel and Related Services segment is engaged in the operation of hotels and service apartments. Education segment is engaged in the provision of education and accommodation services to college students.
