Greystone Logistics, Inc. Appoints R. Brice Dille as Principal Financial Officer

Greystone Logistics, Inc. announced that Mr. R. Brice Dille has been appointed as principal financial officer effective April 1, 2024. Mr. Dille, age 65, is a Certified Public Accountant and has served as Chief Financial Officer for other public companies. Mr. Dille earned his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
Greystone Logistics, Inc. is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling plastic pallets. The Companyâs primary business is the manufacturing of plastic pallets utilizing recycled plastic and selling the pallets through its wholly owned subsidiary, Greystone Manufacturing, L.L.C. The Company sells its pallets through a network of independent contractor distributors and direct sales by its President and sales department.
